Baby Ao just turned 100 days old today!

To celebrate, the Boy and I went out for a romantic dinner at Pearl Liang tonight.

So far, we’ve celebrated each of his monthly birthdays. We had a small “full moon” party at home for month 1, had dinner at Pearl Liang with a couple of friends (ex-colleagues AH & KL) for month 2, and had dinner with three friends (married couple HV & JM, and ex-colleague AF) at Royal China for month 3. Okay, so the dinners with friends weren’t explicitly for his monthly birthday – we were just catching up – but we considered them celebrations anyway, because we were celebrating life, and the fact that we were having dinner out in a decent restaurant, almost like our regular, pre-baby adult selves, but with Baby in tow, asleep in the pram. Tonight though, it was just the two of us.

Our Little Buddy weighed exactly 6kg yesterday, on his 99th day, still tracking 25th percentile.
