There are some days, like today, when no matter how many coffees I have, it seems I can barely keep myself awake.

And yet, I also struggle to sleep and sleep poorly. Accordingly to Fitbit, more than 50% of my sleep each week is only “Fair”, and has been for months now. Some weeks not a single day is “Good”. This has been the case at least since the beginning of 2023, and even before.

The good thing is that spring, which brings with it longer, brighter days, and better weather (despite a rather crappy spring this year), does help mitigate matters somewhat. I would be even more down if the weather was also cold, and the days were short and dark.
