More rumours of more impending cost cuts (not surprising), potential sale of the company (been hearing of it off and on, but seems to have more legs now… which is worrying if my boss TF is not in the loop, or hasn’t told me), and execs leaving (potentially mine, given our horrific miss, and if he is out of loop).

I know people who have been impacted – at my company, and beyond. One friend at my company has pre-emptively found a new role in anticipation of an impending bloodbath. Another a friend of mine, in another industry, is also expecting to get the chop and looking for a new role.

These are dangerous times to live in.
