Reached out to my ex-boss (two bosses ago) who hired me earlier this week, under very strong encouragement by KG, who basically said if I don’t reach out to her, he would, on my behalf, which would make me look ridiculous.

Finally spoke to her today. And she told me something that she was sworn to secrecy about, but she told me because she hired me.

I do need a lifeboat. Soon. It’s just really sub-optimal to be finding, and / or starting a job while going through a divorce process. These are both really stressful events.
