While a typical day’s schedule looks a bit like the below, today (Wednesday) was a half day with a reduced timetable, so there’s the opportunity for an excursion, or fun & games / rest & relaxation.

I had signed us up for a bus trip to Lulworth Cove, where we did some coastal walk and the kids got their feet wet. We got dressed up in my birthday home-made tie-dye creations, which was the first real opportunity we had this summer to wear something bright and summery – it’s been so chilly and overcast most of summer!
