Pole catch-up

Technique:

1) Outside angel (left-leg hang) on other side (pole on RHS of body) x 3

2) Inside angel (right-leg hang) on other side (pole on RHS of body) x 2 x 2 (straight right leg and hooked right leg)

3) Falling angels (pole on RHS of body) x 1 – kept left hand on the pole to hold

4) Flying body spiral into ballerina (‘full monkey‘) x 3 – can’t wait to try this up on the pole, Felix-style!! 🙂

5) Hello boys (‘Violater‘) x 3, hello boys into martini sit and slide down x 3 – practised this over and over again to get into it smoothly and clean it up.

6) Caterpillar into crucifix and roll up (legs behind pole) x 6 – practised this over and over again to achieve roll-up without hands and gracefully. And also practiced going into crucifix slowly and gracefully (without putting hands on the pole) and sliding down by controlling leg grip instead of pulling myself down using my hands. Successful – yay!! 🙂
